Terms and Conditions

First of all, thank you for shopping with Waidurya. 

These are just a few terms and conditions to guide you through your transaction. 

GENERAL

-Prices are in USD. 

-All sales are final. No cancellations. 

-Custom orders are final with no exchanges or refunds. 

-No exchanges and refunds unless the product is damaged (not as a result of shipping). This is within 7 days and in such cases an exchange or a credit note will be provided. 

-In such cases, an exchange is possible for the same product. The faulty product should be sent back to us BEFORE an exchange is provided. 

-Please ask and clarify any doubts you have prior to your purchase. Colors of the products may differ depending on your screen resolution and based on lighting. We do try to give as accurate a depiction as we can with the picture as well as the description. 

-Tie dye fabrics and certain embroidery fabrics are slightly different from one piece to another because they are not mass produced. 

-Satin silk fabrics innately are prone to pulls due to the extremely fragile nature so kindly be aware when ordering. 

-Net embroidered fabrics are prone to slight discrepancies in the fabric due to the nature of the fabric. 

-Blouse fabrics given with each sari are standard 0.75 meters. If you need more fabric, you will incur an extra charge depending on the type of fabric. 

-Hand embroidered blouses are embroidered on the front only unless requested for more with an extra cost. 

-With blouse tailoring, as it's done remotely, small fit variations may exist realistically. Up to an inch and a half difference in sizing is expected simply due to different body shapes.

- If you have bought something SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE, you may have to tweek it to fit to perfection. These are standard sizing and there is provision given for alteration. 

 

TIME FRAMES

 - Orders may take anywhere between 3-8 weeks to be completed and delivered depending on their availability and workmanship. 
*NOTE: CHANGES IN TIME FRAME MIGHT OCCUR DUE TO THE PREVAILING COVID-19 SITUATION but all orders will be fulfilled and dispatched at the earliest. 
DUE TO THIS REASON, WE DO NOT GIVE DATE GUARANTEES. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 -We do not take responsibility for lost packages. If at all you require insurance, do ask us about it to ensure the safety of your packages. 

- The original price of your product will be produced on your package to ensure that in case of a lost package you get compensation from the logistics company

-Kindly note that that taxes are payable by you depending on the country you live in. 

-Extra charges by logistics company for “rural” or “our of services” area deliveries are to be paid by the customer.
